Rezidor Hotel to open new hotel in Moscow

Rezidor Hotel, a subsidiary of Carlson Rezidor, is set to expand its presence in Russia with the opening of a new Park Inn by Radisson Izmailovo hotel in Moscow.

The hotel will join the group’s portfolio of 35 hotels in Russia, which now includes 21 Park Inn by Radisson properties with more than 5,400 rooms.

Park Inn by Radisson Izmailovo, which is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2017, will include 109 rooms, featuring a restaurant and bar, a fitness center, and divisible meeting rooms.

Located within a close proximity to Izmailovo, the hotel is 28 kilometers to the North West of the Sheremetyevo airport and just eight kilometers West of the Three Stations Square where the Yaroslavski, the Leningradski, and the Kazanski train stations are located.

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group executive vice president and chief development officer Elie Younes said, “We are committed to maintaining and strengthening our market-leading position in Russia together with our partners. We are looking forward to opening the new Park Inn by Radisson Izmailovo in early 2017. Our fourth Park Inn by Radisson hotel in Moscow will showcase the best of our mid-market brand and its hospitality.”

Park Inn by Radisson Izmailovo general manager Luybov Rudnykh said, “We are delighted to open the Park Inn by Radisson Izmailovo in Moscow. The Park Inn by Radisson brand is well-known to the Russian and the international guests for its colorful, dynamic, midscale, hassle-free, and easy hotel experience.”
