State Unitary Enterprise Komdragmetall (Committee for Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Republic of Sakha) specializes in cutting rough diamonds and producing jewelry. The company is also involved in the wholesale and retail trade of its jewelry items on both domestic and foreign markets. The company operates two factories for polishing diamonds the OJSC Diamond Taas and the OJSC Aurora Diamant. Komdragmetall also established the Jewel of Yakutia, LTD that is directly engaged in the production and trade of jewelry.

In order to facilitate jewelry retail, Komdragmetall controls a network of name-brand boutiques in the cities of St. Petersburg, Yakutsk, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Mirniy, Udachniy, and Blagoveshensk. The wholesale warehouse is located in Moscow. The company is prepared to open additional product outlets in Vladivostok and Novosibirsk.

With all of its subsidiary companies, SUE Komdragmetall annually produces more than USD 30 million worth of polished diamonds and USD 5.2 million worth of jewelry items. Yearly trade totals USD 40 million for diamonds and USD 4.2 million for jewelry.
