In January 2008, Robert Henry became Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, which includes the states of Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming. Judge Henry served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives and was the state’s attorney general.
