Favorit-2003, a company from the Ukraine, looks for consumer goods in the U.S.

The principal activity of the Favorit-2003 limited liability company based in the city of Cherkasy, Ukraine, is providing commercial property for rent.

The company owns a series of commercial buildings located on more than 41 acres of property. There are more than 675 merchant locations that operate on the premises, as well as a number of production facilities, including a compressor shop, a soap manufacturing shop, a slaughterhouse, a boiler station, a flour-processing facility, a canning shop, and a grain-processing shop. Production facilities occupy 79 800 sq. ft., storage facilities take up around 291 200 sq. ft., and office space 6 370 sq. ft. Administrative buildings have more than 35 660 sq. ft. of space, refrigerated areas total 17 750 sq. ft., and garages 26 440 sq. ft.

The space currently rented out totals about 435 473 sq. ft.

Favorit-2003 is the owner of the Kooperator commercial complex with an area of 32 255 sq. ft. that is situated in the very center of the city. Most consumers who purchase goods at that store are from the middle-income category.

The company has been engaged in renting out property from 2003. A number of significant steps in the company’s development took place since that time.

In 2003, the project of increasing the available commercial space in the Kooperator complex was completed, resulting in the addition of 8 750 sq. ft. of floor space to the store.

From early 2005 until the end of 2007, the company carried out substantial improvements on its property around the commercial buildings.

The clients of Favorit-2003, with which the company has been and intends to conduct business, are generally small- to medium-scale enterprises that retail mass-consumption merchandise and certain industrial products.

Favorit-2003 is located near one of the most important routes of Cherkasy, not far away from the city line. With its developed infrastructure and a convenient location (proximity to railroad lines, airport, and a well-functioning transportation system), Favorit-2003 is one of the best wholesale and retail areas in Cherkasy, a major Ukrainian city with population of 300 000 people.

Today, Favorit-2003 is preparing to launch direct retail operations of consumer goods on its own property. The company’s management is presently looking to the American market with an interest of finding reliable suppliers of consumer goods to the Ukraine. American goods are appealing to local consumers as a result of their high quality and reasonable price. The company has already compiled a list of what merchandise it would like to receive from the United States. Altogether, there is demand – just no supply.

The director of Favorit-2003, Anatoly Polikarpovich Kalenchyk is a family man of great ethics and responsibility. He is easy to communicate with and clear about the objectives. The interests of the team are of primary importance to him. Mr. Kalenchyk is also a very skilful manager and administrator.
