He urged private businessmen to get more actively involved in the Olympic construction. According to Putin, about 80 percent of finances that are being assigned for the “Sochi-2014” project will be spent to give a boost to the development of Sochi as a tourist center. Highways will be built, energy supply and communication will be improved, and ecological problems will be resolved, Vladimir Putin said.
