The Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia revoked the license of the Moscow Diamond Exchange. While the license was initially suspended in December of 2008, it was officially annulled as a result of the Exchange’s serious violations of regulatory provisions, including its inability to provide quarterly reports for the second and the third quarters of 2010. The Moscow Diamond Exchange held the membership of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses, as well as the World Jewelry Confederation.
