OAO Lukoil, engaged in the business of oil exploration, production, refining, marketing, and distribution, has reported a net income attributable to all of the company’s activities of USD 9.01 million, or USD 10.94 per diluted share, for 2010.

OAO Lukoil, engaged in the business of oil exploration, production, refining, marketing, and distribution, has reported a net income attributable to all of the company’s activities of USD 9.01 million, or USD 10.94 per diluted share, for the year ending December 31, 2010, against USD 7.01 million, or USD 8.28 per diluted share, for 2009.
Sales for the year ending December 31, 2010 were USD 104.96 million, compared to USD 81.08 million in 2009.
Income from operating activities for 2010 was USD 11.53 million, compared to USD 9.78 million for 2009.
