1 000-cow farm now belongs to a commercial entity Avangard, which is controlled by Lipetskoye. The modernization project cost about USD 30.8 million, and the renovation work has not yet been completed. Lipetskoye was created in 2010 to stabilize and upgrade the assets of the Avangard company.
