The biggest holding enterprise in the Russian timber industry Investlesprom set up a new subsidiary to consolidate the timber divisions operated by the company. The new asset, Investlesprom-Lesozagotovka will integrate the plants of three major woodworking companies, including SLZK in Karelia, Onegales in Arkhangel’sk, and Kipelovo in Vologda. Investlesprom plans to finish consolidating activities in the fall of 2011.
