New Hope is dedicated to serving and ministering

With the economic crisis and employment, the middle class has become the lower class. The lower class has become homeless, with no money for food and clothing or to support the families. Governments are no longer giving any assistance. No support centers or shelters for the poor and the needy exist.

Children are searching for food in garbage cans. Some no longer have homes.  Without education, children are pacing the street looking for food, and often end up committing crimes. Many children now leave orphanages unprepared to take care of themselves or to find a job. These factors greatly contribute to the high rates of suicide, homelessness, prostitution and crime among former orphans.

New Hope is dedicated to serving and ministering to the spiritual, educational, emotional and physical needs of orphaned, abandoned, and incarcerated children. We assist in orphanages and detention centers in Ukraine and Moldova. In the future, we plan to work in South America as well. Our main focus is directed towards children that have been left behind by the society – by their families, adoption agencies, and other orphanages.

We work to provide teachers and cooks for orphanages, in addition to instituting new programs there. Our current work is focused on Ukraine and Moldova. We build and depend upon strong relationships with individuals, churches, governments, and organizations in our efforts to help these children realize the purpose and plan that God has for their lives.

Currently, in Ukraine, in Kherson, there is one center with about 25 orphans. In Rokosova, Ukraine, there is a center with 45-50 orphans. In Berezani, Ukraine, there is one center with 25-30 orphans. In Moldova, there is one center with 20-25 orphans. At all these centers, orphans come to eat hot meals four times a week. Clothing is given to the children as needed. Teachers are always planning programs and spending extra time with each one of the boys and girls. They give the attention the kids lack so much.

Also New Hope is sponsoring two governmental orphanage centers. The first center will provide accommodations for children from birth to three years of age. The second will help kids in the age range from three to seven. The facilities will furnish Baby formulas, clothing, and medical services.
