The Russian government plans to consider the bill on oil in the near future, Russian Deputy Energy Minister Yury Sentyurin told reporters.
The bill has changed much since summer 2010, when it was first prepared, Sentyurin said. Specifically, the document that is now being considered by the government contains regulations on the possibility of introducing state controls in the event of sharp and ungrounded increases of the prices on oil products, he said. “We have not changed these legislative norms,” he said.
