In Ulyanovsk, construction began at a site of a new plant for the production of dry building mixes with the price tag of almost 800 million roubles. Each year it will produce 180 thousand tons of primer compositions, waterproofing, putty, plaster, and tile adhesive.

The construction of the plant is funded by an investment group of companies UNIS. UNIS already has two large companies within its holding structure and is now drafting documents for its fourth major project. The new plant in Ulyanovsk will be commissioned in October 2013.
