Gazprom Neft-Lubricants and Chevron signed a license agreement for the production of marine engine oils, which will allow the subsidiary company of Gazprom to become a supplier of a wide range of lubricants – hydraulic, compressor, and turbine fluids, cooling water, as well as specialty lubricants for marine and river transport.

To date, Chevron is one of the world leaders in developing lubricants for all systems of marine and river vessels. The license agreement calls for starting the production of marine engine oils under the brand name Texaco using base oils at the Omsk and Moscow lubricants refineries (Fryazino).
