A ceremonial start in the commercial operation of a new combined cycle plant in Perm was held on August 28, 2012.

The TGC-9 project of IES-Holding and Permokogo will provide advanced thermal capacity to buildings on the edge of the regional capital, as well as improve the reliability of power supply to the city.
