The holding stake of RAO UES in the American Plug Power Corporation got decreased [through a dilution. The original share of the U.S. company that RAO UES controlled was 19.7 percent. Plug Power issued 18.6 million additional, ordinary shares and raised capital by issuing i 2.79 million shares in an overallotment option. The stock was traded at USD0.54 per share.

Plug Power sold a stake of 33.45 percent to Interros and Norilsk Nickel in 2006. OGK-3 later purchased the stake for USD33 million. OGK-3 was a subsidiary of Norilsk Nickel as of the time of purchase, and was later acquired by Inter RAO. The initial stake got reduced to 19.7 percent as a result of stock issuance.
