The Department of External and Public Relations of the Bank of Russia stated that the volume of international reserves of the Russian Federation as of August 24, 2012 was USD514.8 billion, compared to USD507.9 billion on August 17. The volume of international reserves for the week surveyed increased by USD6.9 billion.
