Russia’s largest private oil company Lukoil in 2013, plans increasing oil refining by 1.9 percent up to 54 million tons, according to the company’s first vice president Vladimir Nekrasov.

The reduction in oil processing in the past year from 53.5 million tons to 53 million tons was associated with repairs at various refining facilities.
