Moscow Jewelry Factory Elit presents the high-class Russian Collection of its luxury brand Monte-Auri.

Russian Collection is a unique line of exquisite jewelry fully inspirited by the values of the cultural heritage of Russia! Take the chance to appreciate the true examples of the most fashionable Russian-style luxury jewelry! All jewelry pieces included in the collection are hand-made from 18ct gold (yellow and white color) and set with a sparkling palette of precious stones. The collection has been exclusively displayed at the Las Vegas 2008 JCK show.

The first part of the collection centers on the jewelry-style interpretation of the Russian headdress kokoshink – the prototype of modern tiaras.

The kokoshnik was used as an amulet symbolizing happiness and solidarity in marriage, fertility, greatness, beauty, and spirituality of a woman. It was usually decorated with brocade and precious stones.

The collection is composed of ten basic types of pendants and earrings.

In developing the idea of “a la Russe” jewelry style, our artists created the second part of the collection. It is dedicated to a very significant Russian national craft, the Russian shawls. Famous patterns from different regions of

Russia, such as Gzhel’, Khokhloma, Pavlovskiy Posad, are embodied in jewelry pieces of the collection, pendants and earrings.
