Moscow took the 37th spot in world rankings of real estate markets transparency, hitting a group of “medium transparency,” according to a research consulting firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Transparency index 97 Global Real Estate Markets – Global Real Estate Transparency, first published in 1999, is compiled by Jones Lang LaSalle and its subsidiary LaSalle Investment Management every two years based on the aggregate market data and information gathered through a survey of the international business community. Two years ago, the Russian capital was in the 31st place, the report said.
