Pharmacy network 36.6 and A5 are in talks for a merger, a source close to one of the owners of the large network of pharmacies said. The talks are in their early stages, but a memorandum of intent can be signed in the near future, said A5 shareholder Sergey Solodov. In the contemplated transaction, 36.6 is going to buy an additional issuance of A5 stock. The head and shareholder of 36.6 Artem Bektemirov said that he could not comment on the prospective merger. The Federal Antimonopoly Service confirmed that it had not received any applications for approving the merger.
