According to the assessment of the Ministry of Economic Development, the positive balance in foreign trade in November 2012 increased to USD15.2 billion, compared to USD14.5 billion in October. The trade balance increased by 4.8 percent.
The exports of products in November 2012, according to the Ministry, were USD44.8 billion. Compared to November 2011, exports decreased by 2.7 percent over October 2012, when exports stood at USD46.1 billion.
From January to November 2012, exports increased compared to the corresponding period of the previous year by 2.3 percent, reaching USD481.3 billion. Last year, the figure was USD470.7 billion.
