From April to May 2011 Russia decreased its investment in American treasury bonds by 8.1 percent, from USD 125.4 billion to USD 115.2 billion, according to the data from the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Fed. The investment has been falling for the seventh successive month, from USD 176.3 billion registered in October 2010.
