The turnover of the SU-155 developer reached RUR78.7bn ($2.5bn, or (Euro)1.9bn, excluding VAT) in 2011. The company said it invested RUR44.7bn in construction and more than RUR1.1bn in upgrading and retooling its production facilities (down 32% year-on-year).
The company’s accrued investment in upgrading its production facilities has reached some RUR26bn ($832mn, or (Euro)637mn) since 2000. The developer also reported that it inked RUR1.5bn worth of contracts on residential property construction with the Moscow government in 2011.
SU-155 has been operating on the Russian construction market for over 50 years. It controls over 20% of the residential housing market in Moscow.
