Sheremetyevo and Terminal D complete merger

Sheremetyevo International Airport and Terminal, which operates Terminal D at Sheremetyevo, have completed their merger. Sheremetyevo has taken over the Terminal’s rights and obligations.

The new owners of Sheremetyevo following the merger are Russia with 83.04% of the charter capital, Aeroflot (8.96%), Vnesheconombank (4.24%), and VTB (3.76%).

The market value of the merged company is $2.2bn.
