Transmashholding and Wartsila will complete building a factory for the production of diesel engines in the Penza region by July or, at the latest, August 2013, according to the press service of the regional government.

The completion of construction works and the commissioning of the plant is planned for the end of July or the beginning of August 2013. Total investment in the enterprise now under construction will reach about 1.8 billion roubles. Annual sales are expected to be 273 diesel engines by 2015 with revenue of 67,200,000 euros.
