The Terex Corporation is planning to invest about 400 million roubles in setting up an assembly center for hauling trucks, which will be launched in 2013 at the premises of JSC Chelyabinsk Construction and Road Machines, according to the regional administration. The project for the production of 100-ton dump trucks was created as a joint venture between the Russian Machines corporation and the Terex Corporation at the Chelyabinsk Kolschenko plant. Also, the company plans to build mining haulers with the capacity of 45 tons. Production during the first year will be 30 trucks. By 2014, when the plant enters into full operation, production is expected at 100 cars per year.
