VTB sold three of four shopping centers JSC Don Story Invest. The transaction is already closed on objects in the residential complex Sokolniki (total area of 24.9 thousand sq. m.), Begovaya (about 20 sq. m.), and Mosfilmovsky (16.58 sq. m). The fourth object Izmailovo (retail area of 12.25 sq. m.) is still held by the bank and was put up for sale for 2.1 billion roubles.

The shopping center in Sokolniki was bought by a clothing chain company Holding Center, a source familiar with the details of the transaction reported.
