In the republic of Tatarstan, the volume of nanatehnological production was about 25 billion roubles for the first nine months of 2012, of which 26 percent was generated by small and medium businesses. These statistics were given by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at a meeting on cooperation with the republic of Tatarstan, Rusnano, and the Fund of Infrastructural and Educational Programs. The Republic of Tatarstan President said that more than 100 organizations and businesses are involved in the production nanotehnological products today in Tatarstan.
