Sberbank opens its next generation branch

Sberbank has opened its first next-generation location in Moscow at 2 Tsvetnoy Boulevard. This is more than just a bank branch; it’s a space where one gets a unique customer experience that is unparalleled anywhere in the world and brings together the best practices of customer interaction.

Customers will receive all the financial services they could access earlier, but the level of service will be different at the new branch. Biometrics allows customers to be served without a passport. ATMs combine modern design, materials, technologies, and a user-friendly interface. An ATM’s shape is reminiscent of a smartphone, and the interface looks like a well-known mobile app from Sberbank. One can withdraw money with a card or a smartphone and be contactless using a voice assistant or just a smile, as the ATMs have facial recognition. This unique technology has been used for the first time in ATMs worldwide.

Sberbank redefined the essence of a bank branch. The space is now open, convertible, and barrier-free. All traditional and new services are available wherever customers find it convenient. Employees have tablets and all transactions are handled by an e-tab. There is a café at the branch where one can meet friends or just take a break from the noisy city. The new store is also equipped for people with reduced mobility. Young generations can meet Soyuzmultfilm cartoon characters and play educational games. At the new Sberbank office, one can send and receive a package, become a user of an Okko multimedia service, test the smart display of SberbankPortal, receive offers from Delivery Club and SberbankMarket, buy tickets for films and concerts, and order a taxi. The number of products and services will continue to grow. The new office space can be used for events such as workshops, seminars, and discussion club meetings. All of these services can be combined to make a visit to Sberbank as useful as possible.
