As part of preparing for the maiden flight of the new MC-21 airliner, the Irkut Corporation began frequency response tests of the MC-21-300-0001 aircraft on December 20, 2017.
The testing is held in the final assembly shop of the Irkutsk Aviation plant with the participation of experts from the N.E. Zhukovsky Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute (TsAGI).
The test will provide information for the maiden flight of the MC-21 aircraft, as well as for manufacturing the experimental batch of planes and ground-based testing of the new aircraft.
