RIO DE JANEIRO (Sputnik) – Russian gymnastics women’s team won silver medals at the 2016 Rio Olympics ceding only to the U.S. team.
Angelina Melnikova, Aliya Mustafina, Maria Paseka, Daria Spiridonova and Seda Tutkhalyan got 176.688 points, about 8.1 points less than the U.S. team.
Athletes from China won bronze medals.
